Bathing beauty

I noticed water dripping from my roof and yet it is a beautiful sunny day. When I looked up I saw this little fellow have a lovely bath in my gutter. The camera was on hand, but he flew away. Made me smile though.

Gunslinger had their EP release gig last night at Musos Club in Dunedin. They had a really good turn out and the place was almost filled to capacity. It was a really good night and the band were buzzing.

Every morning when I drive from my house this is the view I see. Every morning it is different. Every morning it takes my breath away.

This long row of abandoned (I think) sheds lives along the beautiful otago harbour. What a strange way to use a beautiful part of Dunedin. However, they do have a beauty of their own.

I have just had the most marvelous time at Stonefields School in Auckland. This is a brand new school which has been built and styled with care and attention from the ground up. Everywhere I looked was a visual feast. This image is the side of a couch and the carpet.

Taking the plunge

I'm in Auckland for a few days to shoot a digital story in a couple of schools. I went for a walk around the city today to take some photos. This brave soul decided to leap from the Sky Tower.
