With the rugby world cup in NZ there are fan zones all over the place. The Dunedin one is quite fun (if very quiet). This is a stage in the fan zone in Wellington.

I had a meeting at the MInistry of Education building today in Wellington. It was a beautiful blue sky day. This is the view from a fifth floor window.

Georgia versus England

Tonight there is another RWC game in Dunedin apparently. I think it is England versus Georgia. There is a little less atmosphere than when the town was full of Argentinians and their drums and dancing.

Today was the half marathon in Dunedin in which I did not run. Instead I went for a walk at the Botanic gardens and took a photo of this cactus plant. Hopefully this time next year there will be a picture of me running...

The rugby world cup has come to Dunedin. I may not be interested in the game at all, but the atmosphere in town was quite fun.
